Ingredients
1 large onion cooked to melting1 tsp salt
🌶🌶 2 fresh chillies or 2 tsp chilli flakes or to taste
2.5 cms shredded fresh ginger
3 tsp cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic
Paste:
3 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Two beef stock cubes in 250ml hot water.
250g pork mince 250g lean beef steak mince
1 tin of mixed beans drained.
Garnish ♥️ and serve 🍺
